Aim Sustainable Business and Management (SBM) is a peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advance the understanding, development, and implementation of sustainable practices in business and management contexts. It seeks to bridge academic research and real-world application by publishing high-quality, rigorous studies that explore how businesses can balance economic performance with environmental stewardship and social responsibility. The journal aims to serve as a platform for scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and educators to exchange insights, share innovative strategies, and address critical challenges in achieving long-term organizational sustainability aligned with global sustainable development goals (SDGs).
